Private parties for a minimum of 20 and maximum of 40 children
Service Description
From 1st November to 11th April, all parties at Nixon’s Farm will be held in our sheltered garden area, with plenty of toys and exclusive use of the space. The area is closed to the public during party times and a member of our team will be there to assist. PARTY TIMES • 10:00am – 11:30am • 12:00pm – 1:30pm • 2:00pm – 3:30pm (Weekends only) PARTY PACKAGE DETAILS • £15 per child – includes food & unlimited jugs of cordial • Minimum 20 children, maximum 40 • Parties must be booked in advance via our online system FOOD OPTIONS Choose one of the following for all children attending: Option 1: Pizzas & Chips Choose: Cheese or Pepperoni (one option only for the group) Option 2: Sandwich Platters & Chips Fillings: Ham, Cheese, Tuna, Jam Bread: Choose White only or White & Brown mix BOOKING INFO REQUIRED You’ll be asked to provide: Your Name Email Address Phone Number Number of Children Attending Your Food Option Choice Any Additional Information (e.g., dietary needs, accessibility, etc.) OPTIONAL ADD-ON Add a Pet Encounter to your party for an additional £20! PARTY TERMS & CONDITIONS (You must agree to these when booking) ☑ You may bring your own cake, balloons, party bags, and paper plates/napkins for cake ☒ No outside food, snacks, or catering allowed (all food must be purchased from Nixon’s Farm) ☒ No glitter, piñatas, or confetti ☒ No alcohol – Any alcohol on-site will result in the party being immediately ended ☒ Abuse towards staff will not be tolerated – we reserve the right to end the party or ask guests to leave if necessary
Cancellation Policy
🎉 PARTY BOOKING PRICING & PAYMENT POLICY 💷 Party Cost & Inclusions £15 per child, which includes: 90-minute private use of the sheltered outdoor party area A choice of hot or cold meal (Pizza & Chips OR Sandwich Platter & Chips) Unlimited jugs of cordial for the children Party support from a Nixon’s staff member Minimum of 20 children required per booking Maximum capacity: 40 children Optional Pet Encounter: Add an animal meet-and-greet to your party for £20 extra 💳 Payment Terms Full payment is required at the time of booking via our secure online booking system Bookings are priced per child based on the number confirmed at the time of booking Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email including your booking summary and a payment receipt 🔄 Changes & Guest Numbers You may amend the number of children attending up to 7 days before the party If fewer children attend on the day than originally booked, no refund will be issued for absentees Additional children cannot be added after the 7-day window unless approved in writing by our team We advise booking for the maximum number you expect and confirming final numbers before the deadline ❌ Cancellations & Refund Policy Full refunds will be given for cancellations made more than 7 days before the party Cancellations made within 7 days of the party are non-refundable If Nixon’s Farm Shop needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather), we will offer a full refund or reschedule option 📦 What You Can Bring You’re welcome to bring: Your own birthday cake, candles, balloons, party bags, and paper plates/napkins You may not bring: Any outside food or drink Glitter, confetti, piñatas, or alcohol Violation of these rules may result in your party being terminated without refund 👥 Behaviour & Safety Abuse towards staff or other guests will not be tolerated Any inappropriate behaviour may result in guests being asked to leave or the party being ended early Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
