Indoor Play Area - March Onwards
Service Description
Our Play Barn is perfect for younger children, providing a fun indoor experience that allows them to safely enjoy physical activity. Parents are encouraged to supervise their children at all times and for extra comfort there is a seating area where parents can relax while keeping an eye on the little ones. Please note that a £2 entry fee applies for non walking babies. However, if you have already booked places for older children, any accompanying non walking baby may attend free of charge. Throughout March we are also running weekday offers, available Monday to Friday only. Children’s meals are £2.50 with the purchase of a play band, and parents can enjoy a £2.50 coffee with a valid online booking. The coffee offer applies to online bookings only, is limited to one coffee per booking, and must be redeemed at check in.

Cancellation Policy
Location: Outwood farm, Bolshaw Road, Heald Green, Cheadle, SK8 INFORMATION WRISTBANDS MUST BE COLLECTED FROM THE PLAYBARN Unfortunately no children over the age of 10 can play in the play areas. ADVANCE TICKETS Please purchase your play tickets in advance to guarantee your entry into the Playbarn. Book for Children ONLY. Don't purchase tickets for adults. please note you can not bring any of your own food/snacks to the farm. Only food/snacks purchased from Nixons can be consumed(this applies for the whole farm) CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking for Santa’s Grotto, please review our policy below: Cancellations 7+ Days Before Booking: Full refund available if you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled visit. Cancellations Within 7 Days: Unfortunately, due to high demand, cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule to a different available slot, subject to availability. No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive for your booking and have not notified us, your ticket will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. How to Cancel or Reschedule: Please contact us by email or phone at least 7 days in advance to cancel or adjust your booking.
