At Nixon’s Farm Shop, our butchery is at the heart of everything we do. Established in 1970, we offer a wide range of high-quality fresh meats, all produced by us on site from livestock reared with care on our farm.
From premium cuts of beef and pork to our own lamb, every cut is expertly prepared by our skilled butchers. We are committed to delivering meat with exceptional flavour, freshness and quality.
We take pride in every stage of the process, from rearing our animals to preparing the finished cuts in-house. During the summer, our animals graze on lush pasture, while in winter they are fed nutrient-rich silage. Our high welfare standards and hands-on approach ensure meat that is full of natural flavour and produced with real care.
