TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BOOKINGS

Nixon's Farm Shop
Please read through our terms, conditions, and refund policies to ensure a smooth experience when booking through Nixon’s Farm Shop.

 

1. GENERAL TERMS

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By making a booking, you agree to our terms and conditions. These terms apply to all bookings made via our online booking system.

  2. Payment
    Full payment is required at the time of booking. Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email with booking details. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive this.

  3. Booking Confirmation
    A booking confirmation email will be sent to the email provided. This confirmation is your proof of purchase, so please keep it handy.

 

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Cancellations 7+ Days Before Booking
    Cancellations made 7 days or more before the booking date are eligible for a full refund.

  2. Cancellations Within 7 Days
    Due to high demand, cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable. However, rescheduling may be available, subject to availability.

  3. No-Show Policy
    If you do not attend your scheduled booking and have not contacted us to reschedule, your ticket will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

  4. How to Cancel or Reschedule
    To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via email or phone. All changes must be requested at least 7 days before the booking.

 

3. REFUND POLICY

  1. Refund Eligibility

    • Full refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 7 days in advance.

    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of the booking date unless there are exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  2. Processing Refunds
    Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

  3. Rescheduling in Place of Refunds
    For cancellations within 7 days, rescheduling is recommended and subject to availability. Rescheduling does not incur any additional fees.

 

4. TERMS FOR PLAY AREA BOOKINGS

  1. Session Times
    Each play area booking grants access to a specified session. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booking time to ensure timely check-in.

  2. Supervision
    All children must be supervised by an adult guardian. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children’s safety within the play areas.

  3. Health & Safety

    • Shoes must be removed, and socks must be worn in indoor play areas.

    • Our play areas are designed for children up to 10 years of age. We reserve the right to restrict access for safety reasons.

  4. Food & Drink Policy
    Only food and drinks purchased at Nixon’s Farm may be consumed within the play areas.

 

5. TERMS FOR SPECIAL EVENTS (E.G., SANTA'S GROTTO)

  1. Ticket Inclusions
    Tickets to special events like Santa’s Grotto include admission, access to play areas, and a gift (where specified). Please refer to individual event descriptions for details.

  2. Event-Specific Cancellations
    Due to limited slots, cancellations for special events follow our standard cancellation policy but may vary depending on demand. Please check the event page for details.

 

6. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

  1. Farm Activities
    By attending Nixon’s Farm, visitors acknowledge that activities on the farm, including play areas, may pose risks. Visitors assume all risks associated with farm-related activities.

  2. Property & Personal Injury
    Nixon’s Farm Shop is not liable for property loss, damage, or personal injury occurring within our premises, except where it results from our negligence.

  3. Compliance with Guidelines
    All visitors are expected to follow posted guidelines for a safe and enjoyable experience. Nixon’s Farm reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals not complying with safety regulations.
