Service Description
EXCITING ACTIVITIES FOR ALL AGES: 🎶 Live DJ & Games: Our DJ will be playing the latest hits and hosting fun interactive games to keep the little ones entertained. 🐴 Meet the Ponies: Get up close with our friendly ponies and make some magical memories. 🐰 Cuddle the Rabbits & Guinea Pigs: A hands-on experience for children to hold and interact with our adorable small animals. 🐐 Meet the Goats: Say hello to our playful goats and learn more about them. 🎨 Arts & Crafts Table: Get creative with your child and make some wonderful crafts to take home. 🎨 Face Painting: Let your child's imagination run wild with colorful face painting designs! (Available at an extra cost, not included in the £10 ticket). Session Times & Pricing: Session 1: 11:00 AM – 12:45 PM Session 2: 1:00 PM – 2:45 PM Price: £10 per child (includes access to both indoor and outdoor play areas) Play Areas & Facilities: Indoor Play Area: Your booked session time includes access to the indoor play area with the DJ and games. Outdoor Play Area: Arrive up to an hour before your session to enjoy the outdoor play area and meet r friendly farm animals. Delicious Food: Hot food will be available from our main Tea Rooms and Pizza Hut on the day.

Cancellation Policy
Location: Outwood farm, Bolshaw Road, Heald Green, Cheadle, SK8 INFORMATION WRISTBANDS MUST BE COLLECTED FROM THE PLAYBARN Unfortunately no children over the age of 10 can play in the play areas. ADVANCE TICKETS Please purchase your play tickets in advance to guarantee your entry into the Playbarn. Book for Children ONLY. Don't purchase tickets for adults. please note you can not bring any of your own food/snacks to the farm. Only food/snacks purchased from Nixons can be consumed(this applies for the whole farm) CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking for Santa’s Grotto, please review our policy below: Cancellations 7+ Days Before Booking: Full refund available if you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled visit. Cancellations Within 7 Days: Unfortunately, due to high demand, cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule to a different available slot, subject to availability. No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive for your booking and have not notified us, your ticket will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. How to Cancel or Reschedule: Please contact us by email or phone at least 7 days in advance to cancel or adjust your booking.
